Abstract: In general, twisted suspensions of a genuine Eilenberg-MacLane G-spectrum adds new and interesting information to the spectrum's homotopy, but it is not easily determined. However, for G=C_2, the calculations are quick. We will set up the tools to perform these calculations and then find a general formula for the homotopy of \Sigma^{n\sigma} HF_2.
